We provide space in the evenings and at weekends to community groups for their activities, for example:

Every Saturday 11am-2pm upstairs at St. John’s Centre.

T.A.C. (Trafford African Carribean over 50’s club)
The TAC group meets every Wednesday in the main hall from 12-4pm. For over 50’s with an Africn Caribbean heritage.
There is an exercise group and dominoes before the serving of lunch. This is followed by a popular game of bingo with cash prizes.

Brownies is for girls only who are aged over 7yrs old and below 10yrs old. The 4th Old Trafford St John’s Brownies meet during term time at St John’s Centre

Credit Union – Trafford United
The Credit Union is a community based bank. Not for profit organisation offering savings and affordable loans to all members irrespective of income status. There is a £2 joining fee for adults, free for children.
Runs each Tuesday 2.30-4.30pm in the computer suite, at the back of the main hall.

Harmony Singing Group
The singing group is an open group and anyone is invited to join in. You don’t have any previous experience, just have a passion for singing. It meets each Wednesday from 7.30-9.30pm in the main hall. Cost is £4 per session or £2 for concessions.

Peacebuilders is dedicated to helping people to deal with conflict more effectively. We believe in listening to people and giving them the skills and knowledge to transform their own situations. Peacebuilders provides training in how to handle conflict more effectively. We also offer an independent workplace and community mediation service providing mediation from fully qualified and experienced mediators.
