Exercise Classes

Now that the next stage of the Government’s “road map” out of lockdown has been confirmed, we are delighted to be able to restart our women-only fitness classes in the Centre.

From May 17th we will be offering:

  • Pilates – Monday 9.15-10am, £3
  • Step Aerobics – Tuesday 5.30-6.15pm, £3.50
  • Yoga – Thursday 9.15-10am, £3
  • Core and Conditioning with Be Bolder Fitness – Friday 12-12.45pm, £3.50

All women are welcome at these friendly classes.

Because of social distancing, places on all classes are limited, and booking is essential.
