Join Polly from Be Bolder Fitness for:
Core and Conditioning (£3.50) – Friday (see below for times)
45 minutes of low-impact exercise to improve your core strength, balance and flexibility – ideal as you take your first steps into (or back to!) fitness.
This class will be at 2.30-3.15pm from July 30th-August 27th. The normal time of 12-12.45pm will resume from September.
Cardio 45 (£3.50) – Wednesdays 9-9.45am
This is a total body workout, ideal for boosting your cardio fitness, including high energy circuits with plenty of options so you can work at your own pace.
