Courses Overview

In term time, the Centre offers a wide variety of daytime courses and activities that help people build their skills and confidence, engage more fully in their community, and increase their chances of paid work. Courses are usually either 2 hours or 4 hours per week, and vary from 6 weeks to a full year.

We work in partnership with Trafford College Community Learning, the Workers’ Educational Association (WEA), and independent tutors and trainers.

How much will it cost?

Most of our education courses are free to those who are on means tested benefits or a low income (less than £18,135 a year). If you do have to pay and are concerned about costs, then please speak to the office staff. Some of the art/craft courses have a small charge to cover material costs.
