Our friends at Trafford College have a range of online wellbeing courses to keep your mind and body active during lockdown. There’s something for everyone, and courses are free if you are on means tested benefits or a low income (less than £18,135 per year).

Do you have a computer or tablet, but need help with online basics, like shopping, or communicating with family and friends? This short course from Trafford College will help you to develop your computer skills so that you can participate in life online, including other online courses. The course consists of three two-hour sessions (one session per week), and is free to all learners. Click here for more information.

Our Business Development Worker Alex and her team of volunteers spent the last two weekends doing socially distanced Christmas tree recycling to raise funds for the Centre’s work – helped by the loan of a van from Tuf*C. They raised an amazing £995!
