Capoeira for Kids

Capoeira pulls the elements of dance, martial art, game-play, acrobatics and music together. As well as being amazingly rewarding and fun, the practice of capoeira develops excellent fitness, flexibility, mobility, coordination and balance. We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic volunteers to help look after preschool children while their parents learn ESOL with us.
