Family History Taster Session

Come and find out how to start your journey through your family’s history in this taster session, led by an experienced genealogist.

Wednesday, 2nd October from 6.30-8pm

Researching family history is a fascinating way to discover your roots in a social and cultural context.

What is this session for?

The aims of the taster session are:

• to kindle a greater interest into your ancestors;

• to give you skills to allow you to start your journey of discovery; and

• to see if there is enough interest to form a group and hold regular meetings.

The session will be led by Keith Simpson, an experienced genealogist with an interest in social history.

You can get more details, and book a place for this session, by going to https://www.eventbrite.com/e/family-history-taster-session-tickets-68982754275 or by contacting the Centre.
