We want to become a community centre that is community funded, and we’d love people from the local area and beyond to be part of our plans.

St John’s Centre is an independent community centre and registered charity. We raise money through our own efforts, including organising fundraising events and applying for a range of charitable grants. Funding is becoming increasingly hard to find, and grant funding comes with lots of restrictions.

We want to make ourselves more sustainable and maintain our independence, so that we can offer services that the community wants and needs for the foreseeable future.

How can I help?

A regular monthly donation from you, however small, will help provide us with reliable funding and enable us to plan for the future and we’d be extremely grateful.
