Women’s Strength and Fitness

From June 3rd 2026, join us every Wednesday evening from 6:00pm–6:45pm for a fun, supportive strength and fitness session designed for women of all ages and abilities. Whether you’re completely new to exercise, returning after a break, or already active, everyone is welcome. The cost is £4.50 per session – digital payment is preferred but cash is accepted.

Each session includes a variety of exercises to help improve strength, balance, stability, endurance and overall fitness, all while moving at a pace that feels right for you. We work through movements together, with options to suit different abilities and energy levels, so you can exercise confidently and comfortably.

Led by Vicky from My Happy Balance, these community sessions are a great way to boost energy, improve wellbeing, build strength for everyday life and enjoy moving your body in a friendly, encouraging environment. Bring your own kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands or mat if you wish, or simply turn up and use the equipment provided.
