Join this free 8-week programme to help you get more active and boost your confidence – whether you’ve never exercised before, or want to regain your fitness after a long break.
There are two sessions a week (Mondays 1.30-3pm and Fridays 10-11.30), in a small group of 6-8 people. Each week has a different focus, and each session combines practical advice on being more active with training activities, coaching and support.
Most sessions will be at St John’s Centre, but in weeks 6 and 7 (COVID permitting) you will get the chance to try out a choice of different activities – from visiting local gyms, to dancercise and open water swimming!
