Get Fit in 2022!

If your New Year’s resolution is to move more, why not try one of our exercise classes or sports activities? There are daytime and evening sessions, including many women-only sessions, and even a chair-based class to start you off gently.

Because we’re having our hall floor refurbished, classes will now start from Friday 14th January.
