There are still places available on our Supporting Children’s Learning and Development course, on Tuesdays from 10am-3pm.
This is an introductory course suitable for people who want to support their own child’s learning, or who are interested in working with children. It consists of 5 modules, which can be done individually. These cover:
- Schools;
- Children’s Activities;
- Family Learning;
- Story Sacks (using The Gruffalo); and
- Stories and Literacy Skills.
To join this course, you need English reading and writing skills at Entry Level 3 (B1), as there will be some worksheets to complete during the course.
The cost for the first module of the course is £93 for 12 weeks, or free if you claim any means tested benefits.
