Beginners’ IT
Trafford College will be delivering a Beginners’ IT course on Mondays 1-3pm from 26th January 2026.
In this course, you will learn the basics about how to use a computer, the mouse and keyboard as well as how to navigate the internet and send and receive emails.
The course is designed for the beginners and is delivered at a steady pace with lots of opportunities for practice.
To register for this course, please come to the Centre on Monday 19th January between 10am-3pm. You will need to provide proof of your ID, your address and your benefits/income.
Digital Champions Drop-in Sessions
Work at your own pace in our dedicated computer suite and get free one-to-one support from our volunteer Digital Champions. No need to make an appointment – just drop in any Thursday from 10am-12.
New to Thursday mornings – you can also join our small, friendly group of beginners learning to use a tablet and get online safely. This three-week workshop, starting on October 9th, is free to all learners. To join, please email [email protected] or call 0161 872 7795.
